My Daughter and Maneki Neko (Japanese lucky cat)

by GeekMom on January 7, 2009

We visited a Japanese grocery store recently, and my daughter loved the maneki neko figurines and posters. She does an excellent imitation of the famous Japanese lucky cat, and I just had to share. We wish everyone a lucky and prosperous 2009!

I miss her smiling face at church! She was always so quite around large amounts of people but then she would turn and smile and say something so sweet…
