have you finished it yet? I bet you didn’t do anything all day long without that book in hand. ;) Em (my dd) gets her copy from amazon this week.. told her next time not to order it… we could have gotten it today at the store! Oh well. I can’t wait to read it. ENJOY!

I saw that all over the Borders email I get every week. I now know it’s about vampires and that there’s a movie coming out. I guess I’d have to read it to understand the allure!

Ugh. My 15 y/o had a Breaking Dawn slumber party Friday night. I drove the girls to not one, but two different book store release parties. They got their books at midnight. Then, they stayed up reading and eating junk food until dawn broke Saturday morning – seriously.

I’m still feeling the pain.

Is it bad that I don’t know what that book is about?

I started reading Twilight on Monday because I was concerned about my kids reading a vampire love story. I am now on book 2 and I will probably be reading late into the night on book 3. Can I borrow book 4 when you are done?

Wow, I am so envious of you! I can’t think why I don’t have this book RIGHT THIS MINUTE, because I read the first three in record time. Love the Twilight series. Now I have to go order Breaking Dawn from Amazon.com!

I was at the book release at my local Barnes and Noble. My daughter got me hooked. I’ve read all the books, including this one, in the last couple of weeks. I can’t wait for the movie.

My daughter came to visit for the weekend. However, she had her copy of Breaking Dawn, and spent the whole weekend reading, so we barely had any time to talk.

I just bought book 4. In an act of measurable kindness I let my 17 year read it first. I am to good to him. However if he isn’t finished by the time I am done with book 3, I am going hunting for my book.

Hmmmm not my usual fare, but all this hype sounds like I might need to expand my reading enjoyment

Oh, no! I just received my Breaking Dawn book, as well–and my teen had some bad news for me. Seems his girl friends (not to be confused with “girlfriends”) who read the first three books in the Twilight series are *angry* with the 4th book, which they feel was awful. They said it seemed like the book was written by a completely different author! Now I’m worried. Hope it is as good as the first 3 were!
