My son is four and while he has his many health issues due to the immune deficiency, I feel his sleeping problems are more related to me spoiling him because he has been sick so much. Then we took him to an allergist and found out he was allergic to all kinds of stuff. He's one of those kids who is allergic to everything. We got him on Prilosec and modified his diet, and he started sleeping through the night around 18 months. Looking back, I don't know how I survived on so little sleep for so long, but he was my first, and when the doctor told me he was normal/fine, I believed him.
